1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Browse through our collections, select the product you wish to purchase, choose the correct size and colour, then click 'Add to Cart'. Once you're ready to checkout, click the cart icon in the top-right corner, review your items, and proceed to payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.


2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. We also offer the option of paying in instalments via Klarna.


3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partners website. Alternatively, log in to your account to check the status of your order at any time.


4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@elitemenswearclub.com. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you'll need to follow our return policy.

5. How long will delivery take?

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to a variety of international locations. During checkout, select your country from the dropdown menu. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.


7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard
shipping is free on all orders over £100 for UK customers. Orders below £100 will incur a delivery fee of £3.99 (UK). Delivery to EU countries will incur fees of £13.99. You can view exact shipping costs at checkout before finalising your purchase.


Returns and Exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-
day return policy on most items. The product must be unworn, in its original
packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal.


9. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges if you need a different size or colour. Simply initiate a return through our Returns Portal, indicate that you'd like an exchange, and we'll ship the new item once the original is received. If the item is unavailable, you’ll be issued a store credit or refund.


10. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an
email confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Our menswear collection is crafted from high-quality materials, including wool,
cotton, tweed, and premium blends. Each product page contains specific fabric
details, so you know exactly what you're getting. 


13. Can I get my suit tailored?
While our suits are designed to offer a modern, tailored fit, we understand the need
for custom adjustments. Many customers choose to take their suits to a local tailor
for minor alterations. Be sure to order the closest size based on our Size Guide for the best results.

14. How do I care for my suit?
We recommend dry cleaning for all our three-piece suits, blazers, and wedding
suits to maintain their quality. For other items like chinos, shirts, and denim, you
can follow the washing instructions on the label. Always avoid tumble drying suits or wool garments, as this can damage the fabric.


15. How do I clean and care for leather shoes and accessories?
To keep your leather shoes and belts looking their best, we recommend using a soft brush to remove dirt and applying a leather conditioner periodically. Store shoes in a cool, dry place, and use shoe trees to maintain their shape.
